The Greatest Little Karaoke Bar in Abu Dhabi & Dubai My city is synonymous with lavish wealth. But I found the soul of this capital — inside a cement building where immigrants belt out Whitney Houston and other hip-hop hits.     W hen I tell other Americans that I have been living in Abu Dhabi and Dubai  for seven years, I’m often confronted with what I call The Look.
