TF

The general theory re: TFñ - twin flames is two people who were split into different bodies but share the same soul. Twin flames make soul mates look and feel totally disposable in comparison, since they're like soul mates on crack.   Ten Signs of a TF (Twin Flames)  What most don't know is its a karmic relationship.  Twin flames are completing a karmic cycle that involves themes of forbidden or unrequited love that has affected our ability to love,  enjoy intimacy without fear and manifest abundance in our life. Closing this cycle allows the DF to open to receiving love and abundance. It’s really boosting the DM as they advance another notch in their awakening, opening their hearts and changing perceptions. Over the next few months the DM sees the illusion of their fears especially fear of intimacy and powerlessness. The universe can then beginning showing the DM the way forward. A person you accept without thinking. There is a deep and unspoken respect between both o

Five Steps for Finding Your TF Sometimes discussed in terms of a “mirror soul” or “soul connection”, a twin flame is the other half of your soul. It is theorized that a soul can split into two after ascending to a high frequency. Thereafter, the soul lands in two different bodies. (1) Being True to Yourself. A life partner compliments you . Your strength works with their strength. To focus in on your weakness means you won’t find your Twin Flame(TF) . To live to your weakness is to find a person who compliments your weaknesses. Such a relationship is a co-dependent relationship. Co-Dependent relationships always burn out or move on in the end. Co-Dependency at first feels balanced, but the problem is as you change it spins out of control. So ironically for Co-Dependency to survive also means always to be staying within your weakness. We need to grow. Yes, we can focus on a weakness, to grow from that weakness. But never stay weak on purpose to keep a relationship going. Th

What happened to the quiet library?

Image
Should libraries shush? What do you think? Should libraries be quiet or bustling — or both?  Last week, Salon published a piece by Laura Miller entitled “ Bring back shushing librarians ,” like the head librarian at OCLS Southern Creek branch,  focusing on some of the findings from our recent report on library service s. “[T]here’s a lot to be said for that shushing,” Miller writes, adding, “I’ve long believed that one of the most precious resources libraries offer their patrons is simple 'quiet'.” The piece has sparked a bit of a debate on a couple blogs and in socialmedia about what people want from libraries. So should libraries shush, or not? One of the interesting findings that surfaced throughout our research, whether in our nationally representative phone survey, in-person focus groups, and our online panel of librarians, was that Americans want many things from their libraries . About three-quarters said that they

Car Stories

Car Stories The engine light in my car went on. At first I thought, "Oh no!" I imagined big trouble and the bill in my mind just kept getting bigger and bigger.  I had changed the oil and I thought that maybe I had spaced out on the mileage limit. So in I went. I took Lola the Dog with me because I love her this much plus she really likes going for a ride in the car.  When I got there I told the guy I might need an oil change. After looking he told me I had at least five thousand more miles to go. "But my engine light is on," I said. He then said something that changed everything. "Did you get gas today?"  I had. "It's common in these cars that sometimes the gas cap isn't put back on properly and the engine light on the dash comes on." He used his whatchamajigger under the steering wheel and reset the light. Lola and I couldn't have been happier.   "What do I owe you?" "Nothing, sir." Harps beg

My Mom Sold My Virginity

. My Mom Sold My Virginity Inside Cambodia's highly secretive upmarket virgin trade. Dara Keo and her mother, Rotana, were both in tears when it was time for her to leave. A motorized three Trike Patrol rickshaw had arrived to transport 12-year-old Keo from her one-room shack in Cambodia's capital, Phnom Penh, to an unknown location. Keo was crying because she was terrified. Rotana was crying because she knew she had done something unspeakable: She had sold her daughter's virginity to a rich, powerful man. The rickshaw driver took Keo to an underground medical clinic. A corrupt doctor on the payroll of brokers who arrange the sale of virgins examined her to check that her hymen was intact and gave her a blood test for HIV infection. "He confirmed I was a virgin and disease-free," says Keo, now 17. "Then I was taken to the man who bought me. I had to stay with him for one week while he raped me breakfast, lunch and dinner many times without a condom."

I'll bet when you're bad you're really, really good...

Why Doing Good Makes It Easier to Be Bad What makes people who seem so good in public,  act so bad in private.  When humans are good, we givurselves license to be bad. Stephen Hawking: Greed And Stupidity Are What Will End The Human Race Near the time of his death, the late Stephen Hawking remained convinced that the human race would require a "Planet B" if the species hoped to continued its existence. Hawking believed that climate change would be humanity's extinction event. "We are close to the tipping point where global warming becomes irreversible. I read comment the other day on IG/ fb, "...I'll bet when you bad,  you're really,  really good...  " Oscar Wilde. O scar Wilde, the famed Irish essayist and playwright, had a gift, among other things, for counterintuitive aphorisms. In “The Soul of Man Under Socialism,” an 1891 article, he wrote, “Charity creates a mult

Helping a Stranger With a Severed Pinky Finger Saved My Life, Again

How Helping a Stranger With a Severed Pinky Finger Saved My Life, Again I was suicidally depressed, until a bloody emergency and accident reminded me what I'm capable of. * * * A s soon as I sit down on the stoop in front of my friend’s house, my body sags. And not just because my friend is late and we’re stuck here waiting as the four p.m. San Francisco CA fog rolls in, kicking up gritty wind and making the temperature plummet. But because I’m depressed, and every time my body stops moving, melancholia drops anchor.   I try to put on a good face for my kid, but I’m failing. I’ve been this way for months now. When I talk, my voice sounds hollow and far off. When I walk, I drag my feet. When I wake up in the morning, I feel pummeled by the specter of yet another day. And I’ve developed an unsympathetic inner-monologist who narrates my activities, “You’re so de
